Starting from the fine raw materials – chosen and purchased from the best selection of cotton – to the weaving process which takes place in looms, our production requires a considerable amount of time, but allows us to create incomparable cotton shirts.
These are the elements that make up the Apple Plus shirt-making process. Every section of the shirt (body, sleeves, collar, yoke, cuffs and pocket) is cut individually and sewn together by well-experienced and qualified masters of the trade with great precision. A singular process that accents yet once more, the unrelenting research for quality at every level of production.
Even Cotton Pants, Trousers and Chinos go through rigorous care to churn out fine finished garment ready to hit the fashion stores. Chino cloth is a twill fabric, originally made of 100% cotton. Today it is also found in cotton-synthetic blends. The most common items made from it, trousers, are widely known as Chinos.
